Fascination with people
I have always been fascinated by people; their behaviour, their motivation and their relationships with each other. This passion has been the common thread running through my academic and professional career.
After graduating in Psychology from the University of Barcelona, I completed postgraduate studies in human resources and organisational managment and conducted research at the Chair of Human Resources Management at the University of Bayreuth before moving into the business world in 2009.

People & Culture expertise
Over the past 17 years, I have worked in various roles and organisations in the fields of People & Culture and People Operations: from European organizations to multinational corporations to IT scale-ups.
This has allowed me to gain extensive experience in strategic human resources, leadership and organisational development, including over 10 years in management positions with national and international responsibility.

Intercultural competence
Born in Spain, I have been living in Germany for 18 years and have worked internationally in German, English and Spanish. This experience has had a decisive influence on my understanding of intercultural cooperation, communication and leadership in a global business environment.

Coaching
As a certified psychodynamic business coach, I bring together psychological insight with years of experience in People & Culture and leadership. My purpose is to help people create workplaces where they feel fulfilled, confident, and balanced. Work occupies a significant place in our lives and inevitably shapes how we live. When we thrive at work, our personal lives blossom — and vice versa; challenges in one often echo in the other. I am driven by the belief that real change begins with awareness. I help people, teams, and organizations recognize patterns, find balance, and build meaningful, sustainable work experiences that foster growth and well-being.
