My approach
to coaching

“True potential emerges when we understand ourselves.”
Psychodynamic coaching
Looking at all levels
The psychodynamic approach is based on the assumption that our thoughts, feelings and actions are shaped not only by conscious goals, but also by unconscious motives, experiences and relationship patterns. These often have a subtle effect, and at the same time can have a decisive influence on how we lead, communicate and make decisions.
Psychodynamic coaching reveals and reflects on these hidden dynamics. This creates a deeper understanding of one's own experiences and behaviour, as well as the interactions within teams and organisations. The aim is to gain greater inner clarity, self-efficacy and freedom of action instead of remaining stuck in recurring patterns.
Sustainable change
Psychodynamic coaching is particularly effective for anyone who wants to sharpen their self-awareness, strengthen their relationship skills or gain clarity in complex change situations.
Through targeted reflection, feedback and working with deeper processes, space is created for sustainable personal and professional development with greater awareness, depth and inner balance.
Understanding why we act the way we do, and recognizing our true needs and desires, unlocks the power to consciously shape our future.

The
Coaching Process
Free initial consultation
During our 30-minute, non-binding initial consultation, we will get to know each other and define the framework.
-
What is the main topic?
-
What is the goal of the coaching?
-
Where should the focus lie?
-
How would you like to hold the sessions – in person or online?
-
What is the initial scope?
-
What is the budget?
Coaching sessions
We meet at regular intervals and work on the most important topics in dialogue.
We are flexible in order to adapt to individual progress, feelings and external conditions (appointments, etc.).
Depending on your preference, our meetings can take place either at my premises in Düsseldorf or at your company. Alternatively, I offer the option of conducting coaching sessions remotely.
Conclusion
Once the coaching goal has been achieved, we reflect once again on the most important insights and look ahead:
-
What key insights am I taking away?
-
What impact has the coaching process had for me?
-
Is there anything else I would like to explore, discuss, reflect or address?
If necessary, a refresher appointment or later check-in may be helpful.
